摘要
随着全球气候问题形势日益严峻,低碳发展成为必然趋势.如何将"双碳"目标融入总体城市设计方法体系,成为新时期规划师亟需思考的关键问题.结合淄博市主城区总体城市设计的编制,从"山-水-城"共生的低碳空间格局、多中心组团式的低碳城市形态、公交和慢行导向的低碳出行体系、高碳汇的绿色空间网络四个方面构建低碳导向下总体城市设计框架及策略.研究可以为低碳发展时期总体城市设计的编制提供方法及路径参考.
Abstract
As the global climate challenges intensify,low-carbon development has emerged as an inevitable trend.Integrating the"double carbon"targets into the overall urban design methodology system has become a crucial question for planners to ponder in the new era.Based on the overall urban design of the main urban area of Zibo City,this paper formulates a low-carbon-oriented framework and strategies for overall urban design,en-compassing four key aspects:the symbiotic low-carbon spatial pattern of"mountain-water-city",the low-carbon urban form of multi center cluster,the low-carbon travel system oriented by public transportation and slow traffic,and the green space network with high carbon sinks.The study can provide methods and path references for the compilation of comprehensive urban design in the period of low-carbon development.
