针对T型三电平逆变器在新能源发电领域的广泛应用,分析了T型三电平逆变器的结构和工作原理,阐述了空间矢量脉冲宽度调制(SVPWM)策略的思想,详细介绍了参考电压矢量位置判断、基本矢量作用时间计算和基本矢量作用时序生成三个步骤的实现方法.借助Matlab/Simulink软件搭建了基于SVPWM调制策略的T型三电平逆变器的仿真模型,仿真结果验证了仿真模型的正确性和SVPWM调制策略的有效性.
Research on T-type Three-level Inverter Based on SVPWM Modulation Strategy
The T-type three-level inverter has been widely utilized in the field of high-voltage and high-power new energy power generation in recent years.This paper analyzes the structure and operating principles of the T-type three-level inverter.The concept of space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)strategy is described.The implementation method for the three crucial steps—determining the position of the reference voltage vector,calculating the action time of the basic vectors,and generating the action time sequence of the basic vectors—is presented in detail.A simulation model of the T-type three-level inverter,based on the SVPWM modulation strategy,is constructed using Matlab/Simulink software.The simulation results verify the correctness of the simu-lation model and the effectiveness of the SVPWM modulation strategy.
