Design of Flyback Power Supply with Multi-Channel Isolated Boost-Buck Output
With the development and application of energy router terminal equipment, the auxiliary power supply is required to have boost-buck and multi-channel isolated output functions.Combining the advantages of the flyback topology,a flyback power supply with multi-channel isolated boost-buck output is proposed.Firstly,a flyback topology based on quasi-resonant technology for multi-channel isolated boost-buck output is presented, and the working principle of the proposed converter is explained. Then, the method of realizing quasi-resonance in the control circuit is elaborated, and the design steps of the boost-buck high-frequency transformer are provid-ed.Finally,an experimental prototype is developed, and experiments are conducted to verify the correctness and feasibility of the theoretical analysis, meeting the requirements of practical applications.
