Evaluation of measurement uncertainty of dynamic stiffness in fasteners for urban rail transit based on the GUM method
Fasteners constitute crucial components in urban rail transit equipment and facilities.Before the introduction of new types of fasteners during the routine maintenance inspections of in-service fasteners,multiple parameters had to be measured to verify if they met the relevant standards.To delve deeper into the evaluation of measurement uncertainty in the dynamic stiffness of fasteners used in urban rail transit,this article focuses on the dynamic stiffness parameter of urban rail transit fasteners.It also analyzes the main sources of uncertainty in the measurement results.The GUM method is used to assess the key components of measurement uncertainty,and the uncertainty of the dynamic stiffness measurements of urban rail fasteners under standard requirements is calculated and obtained.Incorporating uncertainty into the testing process can enhance the accuracy and reliability of the results,and the calculation methodology can serve as a reference for personnel in relevant testing institutions when evaluating the measurement uncertainty of other parameters in urban rail transit fasteners.
