城市轨道交通正线轨行区施工时空利用率提升研究

目前,市民日益增长的城市轨道交通出行需求与应保证充足设备设施检修时间的矛盾日趋突出,很多城市轨道交通线路无法满足4 h的设备设施检修施工时间.基于此,文章以厦门市轨道交通线网施工管控提升为切入点开展相关研究,在目前通用时间利用率计算的基础上完善统计方法,提出无效工时指标和空间利用率指标,即通过卡控提升正线轨行区施工时间利用率和空间利用率2个维度指标,采用精准申报施工计划和规范高效执行施工流程2种方法,减少轨行区资源占用,确保施工安全高效,为城市轨道交通安全高效运营提供参考和借鉴.
Study on the improvement of the space-time utilization rate on the construction of mainline rail areas of urban rail transit
Currently,the discrepancy between the escalating travel demand in urban rail transit and the available maintenance time of equipment and facilities is becoming more pronounced.Many urban rail transit lines fall short of meeting the 4-hour equipment and facility maintenance and construction time.In response to this situation,this article examines the enhancement of construction control for the rail transit network in Xiamen municipality as a case study.It refines the statistical method based on the current general time utilization rate calculation and proposes the invalid working hours index and space utilization rate index by controlling and improving the two dimensional indicators of time utilization rate and space utilization rate of the main line track area construction process.By adopting precise declarations of construction plans and standardized and efficient implementations of construction processes,the occupation of resources in the track area is reduced and the safety and efficiency of construction projects are ensured.This approach ensures the safety and efficiency of construction,providing a reference for the safe and high-efficiency operations of urban rail transit.
