Research on the curve correction technology of ballasted track beds in metro depots
Building upon an engineering case study,this article establishes a track lining optimization algorithm based on the minimum variance principle to regulate the curve versine.It also delves into the influence of ballast tamping operations on the line's stability,and then summarizes and proposes control measures for ensuring the quality of ballast tamping.From the application of the traditional simple track-lining method and the track-lining optimization algorithm in actual on-site construction,it can be observed that the traditional lane-dialing method is unstable in terms of controlling track direction irregularities.This is greatly affected by human calculation factors and requires a large number of calculations.Meanwhile,the track lining optimization algorithm can basically achieve satisfactory results by conducting a simple one-time calculation.Adopting reasonable tamping quality control measures would be helpful in effectively maintaining the short-term stability of the track and prolonging the deterioration period of the planar curve.The long-term track state reduction trend is also superior to that observed in ordinary track tamping operations.
