Urban rail transit,serving as a prominent representation of urban services,plays a vital role in ensuring traffic security during large-scale events.Firstly,this article analyzes the challenges faced by urban rail transit in the transportation supporting work of large-scale events,and then reviews the supporting measures across five aspects,namely equipment and facilities,operation organization,passenger traffic organization,public safety,and passenger services,as well as emergency command.Drawing from typical cases,this article outlines the working ideas and briefly describes the experiences and practices in deploying network transportation capacity and organizing station passenger flow.Finally,key considerations for urban rail transit in supporting transportation efforts for large-scale events are summarized.This article aims to provide inspiration for the transportation security work of large-scale events within the industry,assisting urban rail transit enterprises in delivering thoughtful and satisfactory,safe and convenient,comfortable,and efficient high-quality operational services to participants and passengers.
