Throughout the"14th Five-Year Plan"period,the urban rail transit industry has swiftly embraced digitalization.Consequently,urban rail transit enterprises must establish a standardized digital technology system by designing and exploring digital intelligent empowerment platforms.Furthermore,they should actively chart a path to digital transformation that aligns with their own characteristics.To illustrate this,this article employs Nanjing metro as a case study.By conducting a thorough analysis of digital construction needs,it defines the overall positioning of the digital intelligent empowerment platform,devises its functional modules,and outlines the construction outcomes along with future development prospects.Practical experience has demonstrated that the digital intelligent empowerment platform can expedite the creation of digital application scenarios for various business segments within urban rail transit enterprises.This innovation in construction models facilitates the establishment of unified data standards and specifications,supports the implementation of multi-business scenario requirements,and empowers decision-making analysis as well as dispatching and command.In tum,this accelerates the digital transformation of urban rail transit enterprises.
