Research on the comprehensive power supply and control scheme of inverter air conditioner for the DC auxiliary power supplies of urban rail transit vehicles
The current auxiliary power supply for urban rail transit vehicles predominantly relies on the power frequency AC system, providing AC380 V to power equipment such as inverter air conditioners. However, the electrical control of air conditioners has not been uniformly considered or designed in coordination with the auxiliary power supply equipment. This has led to inefficiencies with repeated power supply shifts and low power supply efficiency. In response, this study analyzes existing auxiliary power supply technology and inverter air conditioner electrical control technology. It proposes a comprehensive power supply and control scheme utilizing DC architecture for both the auxiliary power supply system and inverter air conditioners. This scheme leverages medium-and high-frequency converter technology,as well as recent advancements in inverter air conditioner comprehensive power supply and control technology. The detailed design ideas for the two system architectures, the electrical composition, and the control scheme of the comprehensive power supply device are outlined. The study also analyzes the advantages of this scheme, including improved power supply efficiency, reduced component count, enhanced air conditioner collaborative control, and improved ride comfort.Meanwhile, the technical difficulties associated with the solution are identified. Finally, this study outlines the prospects for the technological and functional improvements of the proposed solution.
