动车组单车调试系统模拟装置的设计与研究

在高速动车组的生产和检修过程中,调试工作是保证列车安全运行的重要程序.原有的单车调试系统在使用过程中容易发生数据点类型或者数据端口出错的情况,原有单车调试系统中的端部模拟试验器是用来实现对单车端部信号采集的功能,当出现接线改动的情况会存在改动点未验证等故障,导致单车调试系统存在兼容性差、调试效率低等问题.为提高调试工作效率、提升单车调试系统的通用性和准确性,文章设计一种兼容性强、稳定性高,并能通过模拟司机室的中央控制单元下达可调动整个动车组的控制指令,实现整个动车组各个系统协调工作的单车调试系统模拟装置.
Design and research of a simulation device for EMU single-car debugging systems
In the production and maintenance process of high-speed EMUs,debugging is a crucial step to ensure the safe operation of trains.The original single-car debugging system is susceptible to faults,particularly in data point types or data ports during utilization.Additionally,the end simulation tester in the single-car debugging system,used for signal acquisition at the end of the car,may encounter issues such as unverified changes in wiring,leading to poor compatibility and low debugging efficiency.To enhance the debugging efficiency and improve the versatility and accuracy of the single-car debugging system,this article introduces the design of a single-car simulation device.This device exhibits strong compatibility and high stability,enabling control of the entire EMU through the central control unit of the simulated driver's cab.This facilitates the coordination of various systems of the whole EMU,addressing the challenges associated with the original single-car debugging system.
