近年来,随着轨道交通技术的发展,复兴号高速动车组列车大量投入使用,且成为我国居民出行的重要交通工具,其中动车组控制单元电子产品作为关键部件,是列车安全运行的重要保证.为进一步提升动车组控制单元电子产品检修效率,提高产品质量和可靠性水平,文章选取典型的动车组控制单元电子产品为研究对象,在分析其运行环境及寿命指标基础上,以产品的主要敏感应力作为试验条件,采用基于威布尔分布的模型,结合加速试验方法开展可靠寿命试验设计研究,探讨一种适用于动车组控制单元电子产品整机可靠寿命评估的方法,对提升产品可靠性及维保策略提供有效的数据参考和借鉴.
Study on the life tests of EMU control units
With the continuous development of rail transit technology,Fuxing high-speed EMU trains have been widely deployed and have become a crucial mode of transportation for Chinese residents.The electronic products within the EMU control units play a pivotal role as key components,ensuring the safe operation of trains.To further enhance the maintenance efficiency,product quality,and reliability of these electronic products,this article focuses on certain electronic products within EMU control units.Through an analysis of the operating environment and life index,this article identifiies the primary stressors affecting the product.Using these stressors as test conditions,this article employs the Weibull distribution model coupled with the accelerated test method to carry out the design and research of reliable life tests.Furthermore,it discusses a method for the reliable life evaluation of electronic products within EMU control units.The fiindings aim to provide valuable data references and a model for enhancing product reliability and maintenance strategies.
