Research on the optimization and application of vehicle intermediate and overhaul maintenance method of Chengdu metro line 18
This marks the first time that a renovated urban A-type train with an operating speed of 140 km/h has been deployed on Chengdu metro line 18.Therefore,there is no reference case for its intermediate and overhaul maintenance.Considering its high operating speed,longer route,fewer stations,and fast operating mileage,following the requirements of the Code for Engineering Design of Chengdu Urban Region Rapid Rail Transit will result in over-maintenance and increase unnecessary operation and maintenance costs.Therefore,based on the theory of dynamics,this study evaluates the structural reliability and key component maintenance standards.Based on this,with the goal of reducing operating costs and improving economic benefits,this study optimizes the urban rapid vehicle maintenance system of Chengdu metro line 18 in a scientific and reasonable manner while ensuring the safety of vehicle operations.In addition,this study explores a class of maintenance systems for intermediate and overhaul maintenance that is suitable for this type of vehicle.Practice has proven that this model creates huge economic benefits based on operational safety,providing a reference for other urban express train intermediates and overhaul maintenance operations.
