Research on the technical difficulties and solutions for the implementation of metro AFC projects
In recent years, the implementation process of metro AFC system integration projects has encountered challenges related to the application of smart customer service, the utilization of facial recognition for ticketing purposes and integrated ticket and security check machine.Examples of these challenges include issues such as the offsetting of smart customer service display screens, misidentification in facial recognition, and frequent false alarms in integrated security and ticket-checking machines. To tackle these issues, this article provides an in-depth study of potential solutions.By analyzing actual test data of the AFC system in operational environments, various methods are explored to pinpoint the cause of such issues.Based on multiple on-site engineering tests, viable solutions are then determined. As a result, these issues have been effectively solved, leading to a reduction in false identification and false alarm rates, thus enhancing the overall effectiveness of AFC system implementation.Furthermore, continuous optimization and improvement of the AFC system cater to the actual needs of users and enhance the overall travel experience, thereby making the AFC system more user-friendly and smart.
