Research on the anti-intrusion clearance of high-speed railway platform equipment based on the analysis of influencing factors
Ensuring that platform equipment does not encroach upon clearance areas is a pivotal concern for railway housing construction departments in maintaining the operational safety of high-speed railways.Specifically, preventing the platform capstone and side facade leveling layer from invading clearance areas has emerged as a critical issue. This article employs statistical analysis, calculations, and examination of factors contributing to equipment intrusions, such as the loosening and outward displacement of the platform capstone and the convex leveling layer of side facades on high-speed railway platforms.By identifying the primary causes and influencing factors, this article provides targeted remediation solutions and prevention-control measures. The results of the analysis indicate that the loosening and outward displacement of platform capstones constitute the primary reasons for intrusion limitations, with changes in construction technology and environmental conditions serving as the key influencing factors.Remediation methods for platform equipment intrusion primarily involve reinforcing the platform capstone,as well as partial chiseling and integral cutting. To prevent platform equipment from encroaching upon limits, effective measures include embedding flat iron at the bases of platform capstones, pulling grooves at the bottom of capstones, inserting U-shaped steel bars at the bottom of capstones, and adding fine stone concrete impulse belts to the outside of platform wing edges. These measures have proved to be effective in practical applications.
