Research on the maintenance management of metro operating vehicles
Currently, the Wuxi metro operates four lines at an operation speed of 80 km/h.Metro vehicle maintenance primarily relies on traditional preventive maintenance with fixed maintenance schedules. The basic maintenance procedures for each component are predominantly guided by maintenance manuals and existing experience. However, the operation and maintenance management of each component lacks supporting theories, and there is a high degree of safety stability risks and excessive repair scenarios.Furthermore, manual judgment determines the assessment of various components, lacking real-time detection and disposal mechanisms. This article systematically examines the current maintenance requirements of metro vehicles and explores the operation system with new techniques.By leveraging reliability theory alongside daily maintenance data,it enhances the rationality of maintenance technology applications, integrates intelligent equipment systems with production, and proposes suggestions on how to guide the development of maintenance procedures.Practical implementation has proven that the new system not only improves quality and efficiency, but also has positive economic benefits. These findings offer valuable insights for future construction projects or upgrades of existing lines, and also contribute to systems optimization of the industry management.
