Due to constraints within manufacturing workshop environments,certain key components/systems of shield machines may not undergo thorough load state debugging,resulting in deficiencies in functional and indicator testing.This issue can adversely affect the construction operational efficacy of subsequent projects.This article addresses this issue by following a comprehensive process encompassing"project usage feedback-dynamic and static inspections-state evaluations and detections-design and review of remanufacturing schemes-maintenance and remanufacturing-complete machine assembly and debugging-completion and acceptance".Taking the remanufacturing of an earth pressure balance shield machine as a case study,this article introduces a solution involving the use of a sealed airbag mechanism to envelop the cutter head and front shield incision ring.By injecting compressed air into the airbag to create a pressurized environment,this method effectively simulates the construction status of the shield machine for online debugging.This approach addresses the load missing link in the online workshop debugging,thus enhancing the reliability of overall performance to a considerable extent.
