Research and application of key construction technology for decorative-free concrete columns in metro depots
In recent years,driven by the growing emphasis on environmental conservation and the escalating demand for green building practices,the utilization of decorative-free concrete in concrete structure construction has seen a notable increase.Drawing on this trend,this article delves into the key construction techniques employed in the decorative-free concrete high-rise pillar project of Chiwan depot of Shenzhen metro line 12.The discussion encompasses the key construction technology of decorative-free concrete columns from three aspects:template selection and construction technology,release agent optimization and construction,and control and management of reinforced concrete raw materials during construction.Through the implementation of these construction methodologies in practical engineering scenarios,the technical objective of achieving a"solid internal structure and aesthetically pleasing exterior"for decorative-free concrete is achieved,yielding commendable results.As technology continues to improve and the scope of its application broadens,decorative-free concrete is poised to play a more important role in the construction industry in the future.The insights and experiences outlined in this article serve as valuable reference points and useful examples to build on for other similar decorative-free concrete column construction projects.
