Research on safety risk prevention and control countermeasures for urban rail transit operation line protection zones
As urban development accelerates and underground space is increasingly exploited, the number of construction projects within the protected zones of urban rail transit systems has been rising year by year, exacerbating safety concerns alone these areas. To bolster the operational safety management of urban rail transit systems and promote the joint prevention and control of safety risks within protected zones, this article analyzes the national policies and industry management requirements.Drawing on recent safety incidents within urban rail transit protected zones,it identifies the three major safety issues, namely,"illegal construction","obstacle intrusion",and"illegal stacking",thus pinpointing the root causes of safety incidents.Additionally,it proposes four countermeasures to address these issues in protected zones, namely, enhancing the policy framework of safety and control measures, promoting the precision of safety and control measures, achieving the informatization of safety and control measures, and establishing an emergency response mechanism.By implementing these measures, the level of safety in urban rail transit operations can be effectively heightened.
