摘要
城市轨道交通系统作为城市发展的大动脉,发挥重要的支撑作用,其中乘务专业面临不断提升管理水平、提高服务质量的需求.基于此,文章以"治、控、改"三道防线和"人、机、计、管"四大要素组成的矩阵式管理体系为依托,通过北京地铁10号线乘务管理应用实践,探索城市轨道交通乘务专业新的管理技术和方法.通过治理隐患、控制隐患、改进隐患三道防线对人员、列车、计划、管理四大要素进行分析、建设、改进,从而形成城市轨道交通乘务专业矩阵式管理体系,为提升城市轨道交通乘务专业管理质量提供有效可行的方法.
Abstract
As a vital lifeline for urban development,urban rail transit systems play a crucial supporting role,necessitating the enhancement of crew specialization management and service quality.By drawing upon the matrix security control system with the three defense lines of"governance,control,and reform"and four elements of"personnel,machine,design,and management",this article explores the new management methods and technologies of urban rail transit crew specializations.Through the practical application of crew management on the Beijing metro line 10,this article employs a three-pronged approach encompassing mitigation,control,and improvement of hidden dangers to analyze,construct,and refine the four elements of personnel,train,planning,and management.This results in the establishment of a matrix safety control management system for urban rail transit crew specialization,offering an effective and feasible method for improving the management quality of urban rail transit crews in this field.
