摘要

为实现站城一体化、交通设施紧密衔接、车站出入口与用地高效融合、片区开发效益提升的目标,文章在阐述轨道交通车站与周边片区耦合性关系的基础上,提出通过轨道交通车站功能分析及片区道路网络功能分析,指导轨道交通车站设置、片区开发、交通一体化衔接布局的研究思路;然后以厦门市为例,应用数据分析方法及空间模型,开展基于多源数据的车站功能分析、片区道路网络功能分析.研究结果表明,相关数字化分析方法可为轨道交通线站位选择、客流模型校核及片区交通一体化衔接布局提供量化依据,有助于提升轨道交通车站的服务水平、促进片区的高质量发展与精细化开发.

Abstract

To achieve the goal of integrating stations and cities,ensuring seamless connection of transportation facilities,efficiently integrating station entrances and exits with land usage,and enhancing the development benefits of areas,this article,based on elucidating the coupling relationship between rail transit stations and surrounding areas,proposes a research approach of guiding the setting of rail transit stations,the development of areas,and the layout of transportation integration by analyzing rail transit station functions and the functionality of road networks.Then,taking Xiamen city as a case study,this article applies data analysis methods and spatial models to conduct station functions analysis and area road network function analysis based on multi-source data.The research results indicate that relevant digital analysis methods can provide a quantitative basis for the selection of location of rail transit lines and stations,the calibration of passenger flow models,and the connection layout of integrated transportation in the area,which helps to enhance the service level of rail transit stations and promote high-quality development and refined development of the area.
