Research on urban renewal strategy driven by urban rail transit TOD development-Ningbo city case study
In the era of land inventory,urban renewal must focus on urban space expansion and structural optimization.The urban rail transit TOD development model is capable of combining the planning and construction of urban rail transit with land usage development along the line,and the two are complementary to each other.To explore how the urban rail transit TOD development model can guide urban renewal while emphasizing the concepts and characteristics of the high-intensity development of land along the lines,the complexity of the coordination of development subjects,and enhance the excavation and utilization of special values from historical and cultural perspectives,this article takes Ningbo city as an example to carry out a case study on the practice model of the TOD development of Ningbo rail transit.Based on analyzing the implementation strategies and bottlenecks of urban renewal driven by TOD development of rail transit,this article proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the development subject,mode of development,funding guarantee,policy support,etc.The goal of this is to better promote the TOD development of urban rail transit,putting rail-led urban development into practice,assisting urban renewal,improving urban landscapes,and providing reference and a case study to build on for relevant practices in other cities.
