Architecture design and application of station electromechanical systems of urban rail transit based on digital base technology
Given rising costs, complex architectures, and evolving risks of new chimney systems caused by the separate construction of station electromechanical systems and their new intelligent system in the process of digital transformation of urban rail transit, research on the overall architecture of station electromechanical systems based on digital base technology is carried out,and the design concept of flat architecture, equipment modeling, and business collaboration is proposed. This article points out that station electromechanical systems can be reshaped according to two-level architectures of digital station operation systems and station electromechanical equipment, and the deepening design scheme of station digital bases and business application systems,as well as the access scheme of station electromechanical equipment, are given accordingly. This provides a unified technical framework for the design of each specialty of station electromechanical systems. The demonstration results show that the station digital base under the new architecture comprehensively possesses traditional electromechanical systems, such as ISCS,FAS,and BAS,among other new intelligent systems, such as intelligent operation and maintenance. This enables resource sharing, data connectivity, and application integration, and means that the functions and performances can satisfy the requirements of industrial standards.
