Deformation control technology research for box culvert jacking and underpass railway in surrounding environments with multiple risk sources
Foundation pit projects near railway roadbeds and bridge pile foundations have high design difficulties and construction risks, and there are few reference engineering cases and construction experiences to refer to.Logical designs of foundation pit supporting schemes and construction technologies are crucial for controlling the deformation of surrounding structures.Based on the project of Laifang road undercrossing Shanghai-Kunming railway and the Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway, targeting a series of engineering difficulties, such as jacking working pits being close to viaduct pile foundations and the Shanghai-Kunming railway roadbed,as well as the zero-distance excavation and cast-in-place box culvert connection sections on the side of high-speed railway roadbeds, this article proposes a tunnel connection method that combines segmented, sectioned, and multi-working methods. This forms an urban road tunnel design method and construction technology with multi-construction method combinations in complex environments.Field measurement data demonstrate that the underpass construction technology using a combination of multiple methods meets the standard control requirements for nearby viaduct pile foundations, the roadbed of Shanghai-Kunming railway embankments, and the roadbed of Shanghai-Hangzhou high-speed railway. The research findings can serve as a reference for underpass railway construction in similar complex and multiple risk sources environments.
