摘要

螺栓是铁路线路、桥梁等极其重要且普遍使用的连接零件,若发生松脱则可能危及行车安全.文章针对普通连接螺母受冲击、振动等原因发生松脱的问题,设计一种可互锁的新型连接紧固复式防松螺母,并阐述该螺母的工作原理和组成结构,分析其关键技术指标及创新点.经过性能测试、硬度测试及保证载荷测试等,确定该螺母的安全性、可靠性和防松抗振性.测试结果表明,该螺母结构设计合理、工艺具备良好的防松抗振能力,可消除松动,保证连接紧固件的安全,节约大量处理螺母松动的时间,产生较好的经济效益和社会效益,具有推广价值.

Abstract

Bolts are extremely important and commonly used connecting parts for railway lines and bridges,etc.,which may jeopardize the safety of railway operations if they become loose.Focuses on the issue of common connecting nuts that may become loose due to impacts and vibrations,among other reasons,this article designs a new connecting and fastening compound anti-loosening nut which is capable of interlocking.This article also explains the working mechanism of this nut,as well as its composition structure,and analyzes its key technical indicators and points of innovation.After performance testing,hardness testing,and guaranteed load testing,the safety,reliability,anti-loosening,and vibration resistance characteristics of the nut were determined.The results of these tests have shown that the nut has good anti-loosening and vibration resistance,is capable of eliminating looseness and ensuring the safety of connecting fasteners,saves a lot of nut-fastening time,and produces good economic and social benefits,which has a great promotional value.
