我国低运量城市轨道交通发展现状分析及可持续发展建议

低运量城市轨道交通是指运能为0.5~1万人次/h的轨道交通系统,具有技术先进、制式多样、适应性强、布置灵活、建设快、投资小的优势,自2010年起在我国呈现稳定发展态势.但近年来,其出现前景不明朗、可持续发展乏力的状况.为解决上述问题,文章在对低运量城市轨道交通系统制式、功能定位进行概述的基础上,分析其发展现状及存在问题,然后结合国家政策指引,提出我国低运量城市轨道交通可持续发展建议,即因地制宜、精准施策,明确功能定位、细化建设标准,提高便捷性、注重交通一体化分析,以期为促进我国低运量城市轨道交通良性、有序发展提供借鉴和参考.
Analysis of development status and suggestions for the sustainable development of low traffic volume urban rail transit in China
The low traffic volume urban rail transit is a rail transit system with a capacity of 5,000 and 10,000 passengers per hour,which has the advantages of advanced technology,diverse systems,strong adaptability,a flexible layout,fast construction and minimal investment,and since 2010,it has been vigorously developing in China.However,the low traffic volume rail transit system has encountered the uncertain prospects and weak sustainable development in recent years.To address the aforementioned issues,based on the summation of the system mode and functional positioning,this article conducts an analysis of the current development status and existing challenges faced by the low traffic volume rail transit system.Furthermore,in accordance with national policy guidance,this article proposes recommendations for promoting sustainable development of low traffic volume rail transit in China,including adopting measures that adapt to local conditions,implement precise policies,clarify functional positioning,refine construction standards,enhance convenience,and emphasize transportation integration analysis,aiming to provide insights and references for promoting the favorable and orderly development of low traffic volume urban rail transit in China.
