地铁钢轨表面短波不平顺对钢弹簧浮置板道床减振效果的影响测试研究

随着地铁线路运营时间的延长,部分区段钢轨表面出现不均匀磨耗,形成波长迥异的钢轨不平顺.钢弹簧浮置板道床具有良好的减振效果,被应用于各地铁线路.为研究钢轨表面短波不平顺对钢弹簧浮置板道床减振效果的影响,分别在直线段与曲线段选取钢弹簧浮置板道床测试断面和普通整体道床测试断面进行钢轨表面短波不平顺测试及振动测试.结果表明:直线段钢轨表面状态良好及钢轨表面短波不平顺地段钢弹簧浮置板道床的减振效果分别为24.3 dB及24.4 dB,曲线段钢轨表面状态良好及钢轨表面短波不平顺地段钢弹簧浮置板道床的减振效果分别为 20.5 dB及20.3 dB,钢轨表面短波不平顺对钢弹簧浮置板道床的减振效果影响较小.
Research on influence of metro rail surface short-wave irregularity on vibration damping effect of steel spring floating slab ballast
With the operation time of the metro line prolonging,uneven wear occurs on the rail surface in certain sections,forming the unevenness of the rail with very different wavelengths.The steel spring floating slab ballast has a good vibration damping effect and is used in various metro lines.The steel spring floating slab ballast test section and the ordinary overall track bed test section were selected in the straight section and the curve section respectively to conduct the rail surface short-wave irregularity test and vibration test.The results show that:the vibration damping effect of the steel spring floating slab ballast in the straight section rail surface condition is good and the rail surface short-wave irregularity section is 24.3 dB and 24.4 dB respectively,the vibration damping effect of the steel spring floating slab ballast in the curve section where the rail surface is in good condition and the section where the rail surface is short-wave irregularity is 20.5 dB and 20.3 dB respectively.The short-wave irregularity of the rail surface has little impact on the vibration damping effect of the steel spring floating slab ballast.
