摘要

城际铁路是构建城市综合交通运输体系的重要环节,其"高密度、小编组、公交化"的特点对道岔提出高平顺性和高可靠性的要求.60 kg/m钢轨 12号可动心轨辙叉单开道岔及配套交叉渡线在城际铁路领域的用量较大、适用范围较广.为此,文章针对城际铁路60 kg/m钢轨12号可动心轨辙叉单开道岔及其配套交叉渡线设计展开研究,内容包括单开道岔平面线形设计、5.0 m间距交叉渡线平面线形设计,以及道岔区轨道刚度均匀化设计,并在设计时尽量采用成熟技术,增强部件的通用性,以方便养护维修及运维管理.希望能够弥补城际铁路道岔产品类型的不足,形成适用于速度200 km/h及以下线路的60 kg/m钢轨12号道岔产品,为日后城际铁路道岔的选型设计提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

Intercity railways are an important link to the construction of a comprehensive urban transportation system,and its characteristics of"high density,small formation,and public transportation"put forward requirements for turnouts with high smoothness and high reliability.Due to the large amount and wide application range of 60 kg/m rail No.12 movable-point frog simple turnout and matched scissors crossings in the industry of intercity railway,this article conducts research on the design of a 60 kg/m rail No.12 movable-point frog simple turnout and matched scissors crossings or intercity railways.The main contents include the plane alignment design of the simple turnout,5.0 m scissors crossing plane alignment design,and homogenization design of the track stiffness in the turnout area.Mature technology should be adopted as far as possible in the design to enhance the versatility of the components,and facilitate maintenance and operation maintenance management.This article should compensate for the lack type of intercity railway turnout products,develop a series of 60 kg/m rail No.12 turnout products suitable for operating speeds of 200 km/h and below,that may provide reference and inspiration for the selection and design of future intercity railway turnouts.
