城轨车辆动态调试辅助安全控制系统设计与应用

城市轨道交通列车出厂上线运营前,需要在专用动态调试试验线上经人工操作开展各项动态运行试验,确保列车的牵引、制动及其他子系统能够安全、可靠地工作.在调试过程中,因人工操作失误、软硬件系统自身故障等导致的列车未能及时(精准)停车等安全问题,不仅会影响列车的试验计划与交付周期,严重时甚至会造成不同程度的经济损失以及不良的社会影响.为应对以上问题,文章针对动调试验线路的列车试验场景,研制出一套基于高精度定位装置的城市轨道交通车辆辅助安全控制系统,以确保待检列车的动态调试试验能够安全、有序的开展.
Design and application of urban rail transit vehicle dynamic commissioning assisted safety control system
To achieve compliant safety and reliability of traction,braking,and subsystems,all urban rail trains must undergo thorough manual dynamic operation tests on special dynamic commissioning lines before being put into official operation.In the commissioning process,safety issues caused by human operation error,software or hardware failure that may result in the train being unable to stop timely and precisely,affecting the test plan and delivery time of the train and causing a measure of economic loss or adverse social impact in severe cases.To cope with the above issues,this article posits an assisted safety control system of urban rail trains based on a high-precision positioning device that helps the train test scenario of the dynamic commissioning test line to enable the train dynamic commissioning test to follow a safe and orderly process.
