新质生产力是由技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置、产业深度转型升级而催生的先进生产力质态,更高素质的劳动者是新质生产力的第一要素.科研单位作为国家科技创新的重要力量,在推动产业升级、激励技术创新、促进经济发展方面发挥着举足轻重的作用.而精准人才选拔对于科研单位提升核心竞争力、实现高质量发展具有重要意义.因此,文章在系统阐述科研单位人才选拔路径的基础上,总结其实践经验及存在问题,并以此为依据,从明确选拔标准、优化选拔流程、加强人才培养与激励、培育和建设人才库 4方面提出新质生产力下科研单位精准人才选拔的相应对策,以期为推进科研单位的科研创新与发展提供参考和借鉴.
Research on the precise talent selection strategy of scientific research institutions under the new quality productive forces
The new quality productive forces is an advanced productive quality state generated by revolutionary technological breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors,and in-depth upgrading transformation and of industries.Higher-quality laborers are the first element of the new quality productive forces.As an important force in national scientific and technological innovation,scientific research institutions are vital in promoting industrial upgrading,economic development,and technological innovation.Precise talent selection is significant for scientific research institutions to enhance their core competencies and achieve high-quality development.Therefore,on the basis of systematically expounding the talent selection routes of scientific research institutions,this article summarizes their practical experience and existing problems,and based on this,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the precise talent selection of scientific research institutions under the new quality productive forces from four aspects:clarifying the selection criteria,optimizing the selection process,strengthening talent training and incentives,cultivating and building a talent pool,in order to provide references for promoting the scientific research innovation and development in scientific research institutions.
