我国中低运量城市轨道交通发展现状分析及相关对策建议

鉴于中低运量城市轨道交通具有制式选型灵活、功能定位多样等优势,其适度建设成为推动城市轨道交通健康、可持续发展的重要手段.为此,文章在概述中低运量城市轨道交通分类、功能定位、发展现状等的基础上,明晰构建多元化公共交通体系,完善交通运输结构,采用以大运量城市轨道交通为骨架、中低运量城市轨道交通强覆盖的多层次轨道交通系统解决方案是各城市加速城镇化进程的必由之路;然后,从城市融合、综合交通体系建设、运营效果3个层面着手,分析目前中低运量城市轨道交通发展存在的问题;最后,从规划引领、因地制宜、四化理念、合理定位4个角度提出相关对策建议,以期为促进我国中低运量城市轨道交通持续、理性、科学、健康发展提供参考和借鉴.
Analysis of current development status and suggestions for countermeasures for medium and low traffic volume urban rail transit in China
Given that medium and low traffic volume urban rail transit has the advantages of flexible system selection and diversified function positioning,the development of medium and low traffic volume urban rail transit has become a necessary way to promote the healthy and sustainable development of urban rail transit.To this end,on the basis of outlining the classification,functional positioning,and development status of medium and low traffic volume urban rail transit,this article clarifies that building a diversified public transportation system,improving the transportation structure and adopting a multi-level rail transit system solution with large-capacity urban rail transit as the backbone and strong coverage of medium and low traffic volume urban rail transit,is an inevitable path for accelerating the process of urbanization in cities;then,from the three levels of urban integration,construction of comprehensive transportation system and operation effect,this article analyzes the issues existing in the development of medium and low traffic volume urban rail transit;last but not least,relevant suggestions for countermeasures are put forward from the perspectives of planning leadership,adapting to local conditions,the concept of quadratic and rational positioning,with a view to providing references and an example to build on for the promotion of sustainable,rational,scientific and healthy development of medium and low traffic volume urban rail transit in China.
