Analysis of the application and optimization of robot automatic double-wire welding in the side beam weld of a certain metro vehicle bogie
This article takes the welding method of the frame side beam of a certain type of metro vehicle bogie as the research object,and focuses on analyzing the application of automatic double-wire welding of robot in the outer body of side beam,butt weld and small piece weld.The technical difficulties such as biting edge,uneven welding angle,excessive spatter and poor weld seam molding,which appear in the process of automatic double-wire welding,are studied.By optimizing the key links of process programming,improving the welding technique of automatic double-wire welding,and making full use of the characteristics of double-wire welding high-speed pulse welding,improving the welding sequence,optimizing the swing parameter,and adjusting the angle value of the weldment to be welded and the axis value of the manipulator's shift machine.These measures have effectively solved the issue of weld defects occurring in the field operation of double-wire welding,ensure that the quality of the weld meets the standard,and improve the fusibility of the molten metal and the base material.At the same time,the filler volume of the molten metal is optimized,which not only ensures the quality of the weld,but also makes the weld beautifully shaped.These improvements and optimizations significantly enhance the welding level of automatic double-wire welding,and are of great significance in solving the field operation difficulties of the same type of structural weldments.
