地铁盾构渣土处理工艺及其资源化利用研究

盾构渣土处理系统的选型对盾构渣土资源化利用具有重要意义,文章依托厦门地铁3号、4号线工程案例,对盾构渣土处理系统进行深入剖析,并对处理后的砂石、泥饼和清水产物进行物性分析,结果表明,经文章提出的盾构渣土处理工艺优化后的产物能够满足资源化应用条件,可为同类工程建设提供方向.同时,文章总结现有盾构渣土资源化利用方式,并对其再利用方式进行分类,以期为同类工程的盾构渣土资源化利用提供参考和借鉴,为进一步提高中国隧道与地下工程的绿色建造水平,以及实现"碳达峰""碳中和"的生态文明建设愿景贡献力量.
Research on the treatment process and resource recovery for metro shield tunneling residue
The rapid development of metro construction in China has led to a rapid increase in the production of shield tunneling residue,making it a key issue that urgently needs to be addressed in the urban development.The selection of shield tunneling residue treatment system is of great significance for the resource recovery of shield tunneling residue.Based on the case of Xiamen metro lines 3 and 4,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the shield tunneling residue treatment system,and analyzes the physical properties of the treated sands and gravels,mud cake,raw water products.The results show that the optimized shield tunneling residue treatment process proposed in the article can meet the conditions for resource recovery and provide direction for similar engineering construction.And then,the article summarizes the existing ways of resource recovery of shield tunneling residue and classifies their reuse ways,laying the foundation for the resource recovery of shield tunneling residue in this research project and similar projects.
