Study of disturbance principles and control measures of shallow buried pipe jacking tunnel on existing operating metro tunnel by close upper crossing construction
The pipe jacking upper crossing construction would cause disturbance to the existing operating metro tunnels,and it is of great significance to carry out the research on the disturbance principles and control of pipe jacking upper crossing construction on the existing operating metro tunnels to ensure the safety and stability of the existing operating metro tunnels.Taking the pipe jacking upper crossing construction of Nanning metro line 5 as an example,the article adopts Midas-GTS to carry out three-dimensional numerical simulation of shallow buried pipe jacking close upper crossing existing operating metro tunnels,analyzes the ground settlement caused by the close construction of pipe jacking,and analyzes the deformation and force characteristics of the adjacent shield tunnels,and then investigates and puts forward the reasonable deformation control measures.Through on-site monitoring and comparative analysis,the reasonableness of the deformation control measures was verified,and measures such as grouting back to correct the ground settlement and metro tunnel deformation were taken in a timely manner to keep the ground settlement and metro tunnel deformation under control within the permissible range.After the completion of the jacking tunnelling,the pre-stressing pipe inside the jacking tunnel was used to tension the pipe sections as a whole,which further limited the uplift of the metro tunnel and made the anti-floating design of the jacking tunnel itself meet the requirements.The relevant research could provide reference and an example to build on for other similar pipe jacking construction by close upper crossing the existing operating metro projects.
