Application practice of intelligent assisted troubleshooting system for urban rail trains on main line
It may lead to delays and cause adverse social impacts if the faults can't be quickly solved when metro vehicles malfunction on the main line.The current troubleshooting ways can only handle faults that have already occurred on the main line,which belongs to passive handling after the fact.It lacks early-warning for the related faults factors on main line and it also can't prevent them from happening before faults occur.Addressing the issues of low efficiency and passive response after the event,this article proposes an intelligent assisted system and ways for handling faults on urban rail trains on main line.Through real-time monitoring and early-warning of trains on main lines,deep learning is carried out based on historical data of train faults on main lines.Before actual faults occur,hidden dangers in various systems are warned in advance to reduce the impact of faults.By using intelligent troubleshooting guidance on the vehicle display screen,troubleshooting measures are arranged on the train HMI displayer.The vehicle screen automatically displays prompts for troubleshooting guidance,making it easier for drivers to handle faults on site and improving handling efficiency.
