适应网络化运营的新建城市轨道交通线路运营组织方案设计研究

网络化运营可有效提高城市轨道交通服务水平并降低运营成本,但目前国内城市轨道交通网络化运营水平不高,大多数城市轨道交通未实现网络化运营,其原因之一是前期规划设计阶段未充分考虑网络化运营的需要.文章在阐述网络化运营概念的基础上,通过总结城市轨道交通网络化运营特征,从规模、范围、需求、结构等方面分析网络化对城市轨道交通运营组织的要求,从新建线路的运营组织设计角度出发,对车辆选型及编组、列车运行交路、配线设置、运营计划以及组织机构等方面进行研究,提出适应网络化运营的设计要求,为相关城市新建轨道交通线路规划设计提供指导.
Research on operational organization design for new urban rail transit line adapting to networked operation
Networked operation can effectively improve the service level and reduce the operation cost of urban rail transit,but at present,the networked operation level of domestic urban rail transit is not high,and most of the urban rail transit has not realized networked operation,one of the reasons is that the needs of networked operation have not been fully considered in the preliminary planning and design stage.On the basis of elaborating the concept of networked operation,this article summarizes the networked operation characteristics of urban rail transit,analyzes the requirements of networked operational organization of urban rail transit from the aspects of scale,scope,demand and structure,etc.,and from the perspective of operational organization design of newly built lines,researches on the vehicle selection and formation,train operation interchanges,wiring setups,operation plans and organizations,etc.are carried out,so as to put forward the design requirements of networked operation,providing guidance for the planning and design of new rail transit lines in relevant cities.
