Composite function design of fire door in metro section liaison channel
Under the joint action of high-frequency metro train piston wind pressure and environmental corrosion,the fire door of metro section liaison channel shoulders the triple functions of anti-fatigue,fire prevention and corrosion resistance.Due to the lack of corresponding design and acceptance standards,the fire door of the existing metro section liaison channel suffers from various kinds of damages,resulting in the functional failure of the door body.By analyzing the pressure of the metro piston wind,the standard value of design wind load and the fatigue life of the fire door as a whole and the normal operation of the wear parts are determined,and based on such design objective,the matching design concept to design the fire door as a whole and the detailed structure are proposed.Through the finite element calculation,it is discovered that the fireproof lock and hinge are the key components affecting the fatigue life of the fire door.Under the simulated±4.0 kPa reciprocating wind pressure,the predicted cycle life of the fireproof lock with 3-point locking points,its locking points and hinges could all meet the design expectation;at the same time,the anti-fatigue wind pressure test shows that the fireproof lock with 4-point locking points meets the design goal and warrants 1.5 times of the anti-fatigue safety reserve.
