摘要

随着我国铁路的快速发展及"一带一路"战略的实施推进,国内铁路技术积极走出国门,我国陆续与"一带一路"沿线国家(尤其是东南亚国家)达成多项铁路合作项目,以推进与周边国家铁路基础设施的互联互通.在此大背景下,文章在对泰国铁路发展现状、规划前景进行阐述的基础上,梳理泰国铁路相关标准及实验室负责机构情况,并对其所具备的试验检测能力进行分析;然后,剖析中泰两国在车辆系统、通信系统及信号光学产品、电气系统、列车运行控制系统实验室测试能力方面的优劣势和差距;最后,以此为依据,提出中泰两国铁路实验室合作的合理建议,以期为促进中泰两国在铁路试验检测领域的合作提供参考和借鉴.

Abstract

With the rapid development of China's railways and the implementation of the"the Belt and Road"strategy,domestic railway technology is actively going abroad.China has successively reached a number of railway cooperation projects with countries along the"the Belt and Road"(especially Southeast Asian countries)to promote the interoperability of railway infrastructure between China and neighboring countries.In this background,the article elaborates on the present development status and planning prospects of Thailand's railways,sorts out the relevant standards and laboratory responsible institutions of Thailand's railways,and analyzes their test and detection capability,then,analyze the advantages,disadvantages,and differences in laboratory test capability between China and Thailand in vehicle systems,communication systems,signal optic products,electrical systems,and train operation control systems;Finally,based on this,reasonable suggestions for cooperation between railway laboratories in China and Thailand are proposed,in order to provide reference for promoting cooperation between China and Thailand in the field of railway testing and detection.
