地铁车辆转向架蛇行监测及评估研究

在地铁车辆运营过程中,转向架蛇行现象的出现引起广泛关注.为有效监测并科学评估地铁转向架蛇行,文章基于实际线路测试数据,对车体、构架以及轴箱的振动加速度频谱特征及有效值进行深入分析,并通过参考国内外转向架蛇行失稳评判标准,针对地铁车辆的特定情况,提出 1 种适用于地铁车辆转向架蛇行失稳的评估方法.同时,为拓展监测手段,对将监测车体客室地板与轴箱的横向振动作为地铁车辆转向架蛇行间接测量技术的可行性进行分析,得到有效值相关系数分别为 0.95和0.99.该评估方法综合运用多种监测手段和数据指标,可为地铁车辆转向架蛇行的监测与评估提供全面而科学的依据.
Research on monitoring and evaluation of metro vehicle bogie hunting
During the operation of metro vehicles,the occurrence of bogie hunting phenomenon has attracted widespread attention.In order to effectively monitor and scientifically evaluate the bogie hunting of metro,this article analyzes the spectral characteristics and effective values of the vibration acceleration of the vehicle body,bogie frame and axle box based on the actual line test data,and proposes a method for evaluating the hunting instability of metro vehicle bogies by referring to the domestic and international bogie hunting instability judgement standards,targeting at the specific situation of metro vehicles.At the same time,to expand the monitoring methods,the feasibility of the lateral vibration of the interior floor of the car body and the lateral vibration of the axle box as indirect measurement technologies for the hunting of metro vehicle bogies is analyzed,and the effective value correlation coefficients are 0.95 and 0.99 respectively.This evaluation method comprehensively uses a variety of monitoring methods and data indicators to provide a comprehensive and scientific basis for the monitoring and evaluation of metro vehicle bogie hunting.
