Research on the practical engineering control of route and grade alignment for metro
Route and grade alignment is an engineering treatment method used to solve the deviation of horizontal and vertical sections during the construction and operation stages of rail transit. The article analyzes two methods of route and grade alignment, active and passive, through engineering examples, summarizes and proposes the design process of route and grade alignment,an alyzes the line alignment plan adopted when serious limit beyond occurs in metro construction, and draws the following conclusion:by appropriately increasing the structure dimensions and sufficiently reserving 100 mm for construction error, that the risk of engineering limit beyond can be greatly reduced in the track vibration reduction sections during route and grade alignment design; When a large-scale or concentrated beyond limit is found in a station or operating section, special sections need to be measured intensively in units of its ring width to avoid missing limit beyond points; If excessive beyond limit is found during construction measurement, the construction units should avoid self alignment and correction to prevent serious limit beyond increasing of the tunnel body; The installation of vibration reduction tracks in circular shield tunnel sections must strictly ensure the height of the track structure, while considering the impact of civil construction positive errors. It is recommended to reserve the sinking of the structure bottom plate during design to meet the conditions for track installation.Through research, the methods introduced in the article can provide reference for similar issues that occur during the construction and operation stages of metro engineering.
