摘要

综合管廊在运营过程中,电力管线及燃气管线容易引起火灾,不仅会产生重大经济损失,还会影响管廊服役性能与临近轨道交通等公共设施的平稳运行.为探究不同位置火源对综合管廊结构的影响,文章构建圆形综合管廊温度-应力耦合三维有限元模型,分析不同位置火源作用下综合管廊的变形规律及结构损伤,结果表明:随着火源高度的增加,火源上方综合管廊结构变形增大,下方变形减小;火源到拱顶范围内火源处的压应力随火源高度增加而减小,而其余各处压应力增大;圆形管廊结构环向损伤区的范围为火源上方约10°;当管廊直径为 6 m左右时,建议电缆管线及燃气管线布置在3~4 m的高度范围内.

Abstract

During the operation of the utility tunnel,power and gas pipelines are prone to fires,which not only cause significant economic losses,but also affect the service performance of the pipeline corridor and impact the regular operation of nearby public facilities such as rail transit.To investigate the influence of different fire locations on the structure of a utility tunnel,this article constructs a 3D-finite element model of temperature stress coupling for a circular utility tunnel.The deformation law and structure damage of the utility tunnel under the action of fire at different locations are analyzed.The results show that as the height of the fire position increases,the deformation of the utility tunnel structure above the fire source increases and the deformation decreases below;The compressive stress at the fire position within the range from the fire to the arch crown decreases with increasing height of the fire position,while the compressive stress increases at other locations;The range of the circumferential damage zone of the circular pipeline corridor structure is about 10 ° above the fire;When the diameter of the pipeline corridor is about 6 meters,it is recommended to arrange cable and gas pipelines within a height range of 3-4 meters.
