灰岩地层中地铁盾构区间隧道上浮整治措施研究

在地铁运营过程中,地铁盾构区间隧道处于灰岩地层时面临较高的上浮风险.为保证地铁区间隧道结构稳定和行车安全,需在满足地铁安全运营的条件下,对隧道上浮问题进行有效治理.文章通过分析灰岩地层特性和该地层中区间上浮的原因,在确保既有隧道不出现二次扰动的前提下,对隧道上浮区段采取"泄水降压+管片固定桩+注浆止水环箍隔断+注浆填充"等措施对隧道空隙进行填充加固,同时采取"结构监测+壁后雷达探测+隧道病害监测"等辅助措施指导现场施工,确保整治工作顺利进行并取得良好效果,从而保证运营隧道安全,相关研究可为同类隧道上浮问题处理提供技术支撑.
Research on the floating remediation measures of metro shield tunnel in limestone stratum
In the process of metro operation,shield section tunnels often face a high risk of floating when they are located in the limestone stratum.To ensure the stability of the section tunnel structure and the operation safety of the metro,it is necessary to effectively control the issue of tunnel floating under the condition of satisfying the safe operation of the metro.By analyzing the characteristics of the limestone stratum and the reasons for the floating of the section in such stratum,on the basis of ensuring that secondary disturbance is not occurred in the existing tunnel,measures such as"water discharge and pressure reduction+segment fixed pile+grouting water-stopping ring hoop partition+grouting filling"are taken on the floating section of the tunnel to fill and reinforce tunnel voids,and auxiliary measures such as"structural monitoring+radar detection behind the wall+tunnel disease monitoring"are taken to guide on-site construction,guaranteeing the remedial work is carried out smoothly and good results are achieved,thereby ensuring the safety of operating tunnels.The relevant research could provide technical support for the treatment of similar tunnel floating issues.
