Research on the improvement of the communication efficiency of metro dispatching and commanding
Dispatching is the commanding of operational emergency handling,and it is necessary to coordinate the close cooperation of various departments to ensure the safety and efficiency of operation.Since the dispatching personnel is not the on-site staff who face the fault directly,it is necessary to learn the details of the fault from the on-site station staff,crew and various professional staff,during which the communication efficiency and accuracy are crucial to the success or failure of the incident disposal.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the communication efficiency of dispatching and commanding to deal with operational emergencies more safely and efficiently.By studying the communication efficiency issues faced by Xiamen metro in emergency response in recent years,it is found that in addition to the operational proficiency of operators,the lack of a unified standard system of information communication and intelligent platform is also a main issue.This article carries out systematical analyze against the latter issue,proposes to build an information communication standardization system,studies solutions such as an intelligent communication platform,and applies it in the relevant equipment of Xiamen metro,which has achieved certain results in improving the efficiency of communication of dispatching and commanding.
