Research on the network planning of Lanzhou municipal rail transit
With the introduction of the Opinions on Further Strengthening the Management of Urban Rail Transit Planning and Construction(Guo Ban Fa[2018]No.52),the state's requirements for the filing conditions for the construction of metro and light rail have become increasingly strict.In the context of the above policy,Lanzhou municipality can no longer meet the filing conditions for metro construction,and the established urban rail transit construction projects and planning projects are all in the metro mode,which is difficult to meet the needs of the long-term development of urban rail transit.In order to solve the above issues,this article analyzes the development of rail transit in Lanzhou municipality and the existing issues,describes the planning idea of constructing a multi-level urban rail transit system to meet the different transportation and travel needs,based on which the relevant planning and reporting strategies are put forward,with a view to push forward the implementation of the planning of the rail transit network in Lanzhou municipality,as well as to promote its healthy and sustainable development.
