Research on the diagnosis technology for faults of vehicle running part in urban rail transit
In urban rail transit, the transport means with high-intensity and high-capacity are commonly used to improve safety, and stringent reliability testing would be carried out before commissioning. When the urban rail transit vehicles are running at high speed, the running part is prone to parts damage, bogie performance degradation, among other failures. To solve this issue, this article proposes an on-site on-line detection and monitoring system for failures of urban rail transit running parts, and uses a combination of generalized resonance and resonance demodulation to study the extraction of impact signals and generalized resonance transformations of weak mechanical failures to accurately diagnose the failures of bearings, gears and wheel tread. At the same time,an intelligent diagnostic model is proposed for the issue that the running parts of urban rail transit vehicles are prone to fracture failure of bearing cages and frames. The application analysis shows that this intelligent diagnostic model could obtain more accurate fault diagnosis, health assessment and fault prediction results
