Discussion on several signal interlocking circuit issues
Based on the corresponding typical cases,this article carries out in-depth discussion and analyze on several interlocking circuit design issues that affect transportation safety in special scenarios.Such issues mainly include:lighting circuit of permissive signal in special cases lead to freight train halting,the issue of train breaking through red light in the main line outbound coding circuit of the reverse inbound signaler setting juxtaposed through signaler under special circumstances,the shunting repeater signal circuit in the locomotive depot bond circuit has the issue of flashing white light after the signal is turned off.This article describes the timing of circuit actions in special scenarios,identifies key points with design defects in the aforementioned circuits,and provides suggestions for circuit modification to address these key points:the first is to modify the permissible signal lighting circuit to ensure that the track circuit sending code channel is not cut off when the block signal red light is broken,the second is to modify the FMJ self-closing circuit to ensure that the track circuit sending channel is not cut off when the track is occupied,and the third is to increase the inspection conditions of shunting repeater lighting circuit to the next switch section of the switchless section solve the issue of communication white light circuit in the process of slow release of the DXJ,so as to provide reference and inspiration for the design improvement of relevant interlock circuit in the future.
