Design of fully mobile platform screen door system for rail transit based on cluster control
With the rapid development of high-speed railway and urban rail transit in China,as well as the accelerated promotion of the"integration of four networks"strategy, the traditional platform screen door and vehicle door alignment issues are highlighted in response to the needs of different types of trains operating in the same line. This article proposes a cluster-controlled,mobile platform screen door system design scheme, featuring the installation of hidden tracks at the platform edge and movable door units on these tracks, which could intelligently recognize and follow the positional changes of the doors of different trains, and automatically adjust the position to form an accurate sliding door channel.Through the introduction of particle swarm optimization algorithm, the optimal moving path and speed are calculated to ensure that the platform screen door is accurately aligned with the door of each train.Laboratory-based prototyping and functional testing of the system revealed its capability to accurately accommodate different train models, and has the basis for engineering implementation. This system, with its adaptability to the complex and diverse modern urban rail transit landscape, holds significant potential for extensive application and is of great significance in promoting the technological progress of the industry.
