Analysis of maintenance strategies for urban region railway building structures based on SEM
At present,the maintenance strategy for urban region railway building structures under the BOT model in China is still in the exploratory stage.Traditional metro maintenance research results are mostly based on qualitative analysis of experience,lacking quantitative analysis and impact path analysis of various potential influencing factors.To further explore the impact mechanism of maintenance strategies on maintenance quality,this article designs and implements a questionnaire survey,and establishes a structural equation model for quantitative analysis.The research results show that outsourcing strategy,outsourcing management level and quality assurance strategy have a significant positive driving effect on maintenance quality,and their influence decreases in order.At the same time,the owner unit plays a certain positive regulatory role in the maintenance quality throughout the entire management path.Based on the actual operation experience of a newly built urban region railway under a certain BOT mode,this article further proposes corresponding maintenance optimization strategies from multiple dimensions such as outsourcing mode,contract pricing method and quality assurance strategy,providing reference and inspiration for the subsequent preparation of new line operation.
