Research on the reconstruction of urban rail transit operation and management model based on process reengineering
Digital transformation is a necessary way to promote the high-quality development of urban rail transit.Therefore,urban rail transit enterprises need to utilize modern information technology to change their operation and management mode,implement digital business processes,and improve enterprise efficiency through mode transformation.This article outlines the concept of process reengineering and its implementation steps in the first place,and then proposes a set of operational management model reconstruction ideas that adapt to the needs of enterprise digital transformation,namely demand driven→digital empowerment→process reengineering→model reconstruction,and then,based on such approach,a new operational management model for urban rail transit in terms of operation control,equipment operation and maintenance and passenger service is proposed,and the implementation path of enterprise operational management model reconstruction is elaborated from three aspects,namely top-level design,support and guarantee,and data sharing.Finally,taking a certain urban rail transit line in Shenzhen as an example,the effectiveness of this approach is verified by analyzing and comparing the economic benefits before and after the mode reconstruction.We hope our research could provide reference and inspiration for the digital transformation and high-quality development of urban rail transit in China.
