地铁列车PIDS系统广播运用问题分析与解决方案

乘客信息显示系统(PIDS)可直接向乘客提供实时准确的乘车信息,而列车广播是该系统的重要功能之一.在当前列车普遍采用列车自动控制系统(ATO)自动化广播报站的背景下,半自动广播报站模式因使用频率低、实践经验相对匮乏,在实际操作中暴露出诸多不足.文章在阐述列车广播报站系统工作原理的基础上,针对某地铁2号线列车PIDS系统半自动广播实际运用情况,分析其中存在的列车广播站点播报错误、全列车广播无声的问题,充分考虑现场使用情况制定解决措施,通过更新硬件和软件配置等使所有问题得到解决,可为其他地铁PIDS系统运用半自动广播提供参考和借鉴.
Analysis and solution of the issues of utilization of PIDS system broadcasting in metro trains
The Passenger Information Display System(PIDS)provides passengers with real-time and accurate travel information directly,with train broadcasting being one of its key features.In the context of the widespread adoption of Automatic Train Operation(ATO)systems for automated station announcements,the semi-automatic broadcasting mode has revealed numerous shortcomings in practical operation due to its low usage frequency and limited practical experience.This article,based on the working principles of the train broadcasting announcement system,analyzes the actual application of the semi-automatic broadcasting in the PIDS system of a certain train on metro line 2.It addresses issues such as errors in station announcements and the absence of sound throughout the train during broadcasting,fully considers the on-site usage conditions to formulate solutions,and all issues have been resolved through the update of hardware and software configurations,providing reference and inspiration for other metro PIDS systems that utilize semi-automatic broadcasting.
