Research on the evaluation of railway station reconstruction schemes based on improved multi-attribute decision-making
To further improve the scientific and effective decision-making of railway station reconstruction projects, the first step is to comprehensively sort out the main influencing factors of railway station reconstruction projects, and establish an evaluation system for reconstruction projects, covering five indicator layers, namely regional hub adaptability and coordination, transportation organization and capacity, existing operating line interference, engineering feasibility, and economic and social benefits;then,a railway station reconstruction project evaluation method based on improved multi-attribute decision-making is proposed, namely the improved MABAC algorithm based on cumulative prospect theory in the interval intuitionistic fuzzy environment, and the entropy weight method is considered to determine the attribute weights in the case of unknown attribute weights,so as to more accurately characterize the psychological preferences of decision-makers;then,the specific steps for the evaluation of the railway station reconstruction projects are provided;finally, taking the reconstruction of a certain hub station as an example, the proposed method is used to evaluate its reconstruction project, and the evaluation results are compared with the actual adopted plan and other decision-making project evaluation results. The consistency of the comparison results verifies the practicality and effectiveness of the method, and the method is logically closer to real-life decision-making factors, which could provide a basis for evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of railway station reconstruction projects.
